- Digital menus

- Customer interaction tools
- Analytics and insights
We may modify, add, or remove features at any time without notice.
4. Accounts & Responsibility
You agree that:
- All information provided is accurate
- You are responsible for your account and credentials
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
5. Subscription, Trials & Billing
5.1 Trial
We may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, continued use requires payment.
5.2 Subscription
- Plans are billed periodically
- Pricing may change at any time
- Continued use after billing = acceptance of charges
5.3 Non-Payment
If payment fails or subscription expires:
- Access may be limited or suspended
- Features may be disabled
- Data may be restricted or deleted
6. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Partial usage
- Lack of usage
- Dissatisfaction
- Business results
We may grant refunds only at our sole discretion.
7. User Content
You are fully responsible for all content you upload, including:
- Menus
- Images
- Descriptions
- Events
You confirm that:
- You own or have rights to use the content
- It does not violate any laws or third-party rights
We may remove content at any time.
8. Data & Analytics
- You retain ownership of your business data
- We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the Service
We do not sell personally identifiable data.
9. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

All platform technology, design, and systems belong to Apertura.

- Resell or reproduce the Service without previous concent and agreement by Apertura

Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

- Unauthorized Commercial Use: Resell or exploit the platform without permission.
- Spam & Manipulation: Send spam or manipulate analytics or engagement.
Enforcement
We may:
- Remove content
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Restrict access
At our sole discretion, without notice.
18. Beta Disclaimer
Apertura is an evolving product and may be considered beta software.
By using the Service, you acknowledge:

- Bugs and errors may occur

No Business Reliance
You agree not to rely on Apertura as your only business system.
